You Alone Control Your Attitude And How You React To What Happens Around You

December 29, 2015

If you think you are a professional, or you think you are not – you’re right.

When we meet potential customers, we always view it as an opportunity to show our professionalism off to them.   The old days of handwritten quotes on slips of paper are long gone.  An analysis of the site, the needs of the client, and what can be done to maximize safety are a must.  A positive attitude (there it is again) towards the service we will provide the customer also exemplifies confidence and exudes professionalism. We understand customers’ expectations of what is to be done at the site – and if we do not – we ask.  We take the time to explain what we will do and what the price will be for the services rendered.  We set ourselves apart by treating snow and ice management as a separate profit center for our business.  We project the professionalism we bring to the table.  We work for you – our customer.  It is a privilege to serve.

We keep in mind that we cannot alter how people treat us.  But we do have total control over how we react to how we are treated and perceived, and we have control of how we approach a project and how we treat our customers and clients.

You alone control your attitude and how you react to what happens around you.
